These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Kaarhaus and our website ("Services"). This document, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Kaarhaus. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use our Services.

Pricing and Payments

The prices shown at checkout include all applicable taxes and fees, which vary based on shipping destination. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and may either contact you about such errors, cancel your order, or offer the difference in store credit.

Orders and Cancellations

Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or product quality issues. If we cancel your order after charging your payment method, we'll issue a full refund. Cancellations by You: You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed. We have sole discretion to determine whether an order has been processed.

All content on our Services (including images, text, design, and logos) is owned by Kaarhaus or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco, California, administered by JAMS under their Comprehensive Arbitration Rules or Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures.
