We accept returns up to 30 days from your item's ship date for items not marked as Final Sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We charge a $9 return shipping label fee. If you opt for store credit or an exchange, this fee will be waived.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kaarhaus.com. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days and send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us at info@kaarhaus.com with any return questions. Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email. The refunded amount may not appear in your bank account for up to 7 business days after processing the return.
To exchange an item, please contact us via info@kaarhaus.com, and we will process the exchange for you. Shipping charges are also waived for all exchanges.
