All goods sold by Kaarhaus are subject to Kaarhaus’s returns policy, regardless of the original maker’s policy. All policy changes will reflect on this page.

We will offer a full refund if item(s) were paid for using a debit/credit card. For this purpose, we must receive the sold merchandise within 21 days from delivery date. Goods may only be accepted if they are not damaged, used or washed and in original packaging unless damaged. The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping and be responsible for safely packing the products being returned. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased. Goods that are damaged/without tags will be returned to the customer.

To start a return, you can email us at Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.

Refunds are processed one week after receiving the returned goods. Once processed, you will receive an email. It may take up to 7 business days from when the return is processed for the refunded amount to show up in your bank account.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All products are handmade, this results in natural variations in finish and size. All listed dimensions are approximations.

All glazes used are food safe. While all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand-wash all ceramics, to protect the surface from abrasion overtime.
